At my desk
This evening I worked on moving the Adonaikido resource pages. Other updates were made to the ResourcesForLife.com website. Some of the changes were minor such as correcting links on pages that went to relocated pages. The old address/location of the Adonaikido page now redirects automatically to the new page. This had to be done by manually editing an index.htm file using the Taco HTML Edit software and Cyberduck FTP program. The latest significant updates to the site are listed on the What's New page. After these updates were finished, I posted my personal update for June 2008. It's late now, and I'm ready to pack things up and ride my bicycle home to get some sleep. I've been catching up on a backlog of email and other work which has caused me to be up late for the past few nights. I still have hundreds of emails in my inbox which need responding to, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. I hope to slowly get back on my early-to-bed and early-to-rise schedule.

I returned from my short walk around 4:10 PM, and began working on updating the ResourcesForLife.com website. I forgot to upload a photo at the time.

Riding to the Iowa City Main Post Office
Peddling the bike was not smooth for some reason, but the problem was quickly resolved at Geoff's Bike Shop.

Half of a cashew spread sandwich containing sourdough bread, cashew spread (cashew, tamari, pickled jalepeƱos, lime and lemon juice, canola oil), green pepper, red onion, tomato, spinach. Estimated calories 300.
Ginger Soother drink by the Ginger People containing filtered water, honey, ginger juice, and lemon juice. Calories 120.
Sweet potatoes with onion, red bell peppers, white vinegar, canola oil, honey, chipotle peppers in adobo (sauce), and cilantro. Estimated calories 150.
Broccoli Salad containing broccoli, red onion, red pepper, raisins, almonds, white wine vinegar, beet sugar, olive oil, salt, black pepper. Estimated calories 150.
Ready to leave for downtown
This morning I've been primarily working on editing the website and writing a few emails. I just got back from getting the laundry and realized I had a few missed calls. I'm now packing things up to leave for downtown.
